Tumwater Real Estate Development Master Plan Project

The Port of Olympia, in collaboration with TRPC, SCJ Alliance, a robust stakeholder group, and hundreds of community members, completed a comprehensive planning process intended to guide future development within the New Market Industrial Campus (NMIC) and Tumwater Town Center property districts. This process considered a range of actions for the area that will contribute to economic development and jobs creation in Thurston County. The plan will undergo environmental review (SEPA) during calendar year 2019 and, upon completion, will be put forward to the Port Commission for approval.
